What is not included, and why
All-in covers everything up to and including the day your puppy settles in. It does not cover the rest of the dog's life, and no seller's price does. Sterilisation is the first item, usually recommended from around seven months, so your puppy goes home unsterilised and that procedure is yours to arrange with your own vet. Pet insurance is optional and separate. Ongoing grooming, food and future veterinary care are running costs, not purchase costs.
We also do not include anything we cannot control. Nobody can promise a dog will never develop a luxating patella or need a dental cleaning at year six, and a price that implies otherwise is selling you a guarantee it will not honour. What we do include is the 5-day bring-back-if-sick window and unlimited care advice afterwards, because those are things we can actually deliver. Why teacup listings cost more
The price logic around size runs backwards in this market. A standard, healthy Pomeranian sits at the bottom of the published range in Singapore, around $4,288. A puppy marketed as a mini or a teacup sits at the top: Wag A Tail publicly lists one at $6,800. You are being asked to pay roughly 60% more for a dog that is, by the breed standard, further from correct and closer to fragile.
That premium exists because scarcity sells, not because the dog is better. Undersized toy dogs carry higher rates of dental crowding, fragile long bones and juvenile hypoglycaemia, all of which convert into veterinary bills later. The dog licence fee, and who pays it
Every dog in Singapore needs an AVS licence, renewed annually, and the fee depends on whether the dog is sterilised. Fees currently sit in a band of roughly $13.50 to $81 a year. Because puppies go home before the recommended sterilisation age of about seven months, your first licence is issued at the unsterilised rate, and the fee drops once sterilisation is done and recorded.
